General Meeting

Since the election results of April 2020 the LCF has not held a General Meeting. The Executive Membership has met regularly sponsoring and supporting activities which protected and promoted the Limehouse Community. We continued to maintain and build relationships with the Local Authority and associated groups which were either formed during the pandemic or like the LCF itself, were focused on public health and community well-being.

Communication and dissemination of information was moved to the forefront of the  LCF activities. The publication of "Limelight" and our new website allowed for accurate and timely announcements of matters of community interest. Bringing groups and committed individuals together, highlighting activities and in some cases funding or providing an infrastructure contributed to our safety and long term security during these confusing times.

The loss during the last 18 months has been significant, in our personal lives, in our families and in our community. It's now the time to move our community forward and we look forward to our first open General Meeting on Thursday the 24th of June 2021 at 7pm the link is here.
